Trains: The nearest train station is Leamington Spa and it’s a 10-minute taxi ride from there. A taxi rank is available directly outside the station.
Taxis: The venue will support with booking taxis on the night, however we recommend arranging this in advance.
Arrows Taxis: 01926 888 855
Exec Cars: 01926 817 878
Hotels: For guests who wish to book a hotel, you can find a list of local hotels in the area here.
Venue accessibility: We are pleased to say that this venue is accessible. Step-free and one level everywhere, no lumpy thresholds, wide doorways, and a fully flat car park. If you have any questions that aren’t answered here, please do get in touch and we’ll do our best to help.
Parking: We have the entire venue for the whole night so there will be lots of available parking. A steward will direct attendees requiring accessible parking places as these will be allocated to a specific zone nearest the entrance.
Dogs: Assistance dogs are, as you might imagine, very welcome! Please don’t bring pet dogs, puppies in socialising or dogs in training. It may be overwhelming for them and we won’t have enough staff to support them on the night.
Water for dogs will be available at every table.
Spending/breaks: Your dog’s welfare and comfort is very important so please, if you need to spend your dog, do so. You don’t need to wait for a break in the running order, just pop out and come back when you’re ready.
You are welcome to spend your dog and there will be a bin available for bagged disposal. Staff will direct you to the designated grassy area on the night.
Equally, if your dog is struggling to settle, please do take them out for a break for as long as they need.
Photography: There will be a professional photographer/videographer in attendance on the night who may need to use a flash.
Dress Code: Dress to impress!
Cloaks: There will be a cloakroom set up and manned all evening.
Toilets: The venue has plenty of facilities as well as two accessible toilets.
Please note that, due to licensing conditions, guests must be over the age of 18.
Please note, this is a cashless venue, although we will have a raffle on the night and will be accepting cash.
